Is each track sold only once? Yes. Once a track is purchased, it is automatically marked as “SOLD” and removed from our catalog. You become the sole owner, and no one else will ever be able to listen to or buy it again.
Is our deal confidential? Absolutely. Our platform guarantees 100% anonymity. The original producer’s identity is never revealed, allowing you to release the music under your own name, brand, or pseudonym with total peace of mind.

Do I own 100% of the copyrights? Yes. Upon successful payment, you receive a full, exclusive, and perpetual transfer of ownership. You hold all rights for exploitation, distribution, and reproduction worldwide.
Do I get a legal contract? Yes. Along with your audio files, you will receive a signed Certificate of Transfer of Ownership. This document acknowledges you as the rightful and exclusive owner of the work.
Do I have to pay future royalties? No. Once purchased, you keep 100% of all royalties and earnings generated from the track (Spotify streams, Beatport sales, publishing, etc.). OHM takes zero commission on your future success.

What exactly do I get when I buy a track? You will receive a professional, studio-ready package including:
- Mastered versions (High-quality WAV & MP3) and Unmastered versions (High-quality WAV).
- Extended Mix & Radio Edit.
- Stems: Fully labeled individual tracks (Kick, Bass, Pads, Leads, etc.).
- MIDI Files: For main melodies and bass (MIDIS availables depending of each project).
- The Daw Project never will be included in download ZIP file. To avoid the technical frustration of missing plugins or software incompatibilities, we do not include the DAW Project file.

When will I receive my files? Instantly. After a successful checkout, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive an email with a permanent backup link to your files.

Are the vocals exclusive? We mostly use high-end Royalty-Free vocal libraries. This allows you to release and monetize the track globally without extra costs. While the track’s arrangement is 100% unique, others may use the same vocal library in different songs. Also we have tracks with AI Unique and Exclusive High Quality Vocals.
Can I sign the track to a record label? Yes! That is exactly what OHM is built for. Since you own 100% of the rights, you can pitch the track to any label in the world as your own production.

Why do I hear a vocal tag in the audio previews? Will my purchased track include it? All audio previews available on the OHM (Organic House Music) website are authentic representations of the tracks offered for purchase. To safeguard our unique 1-of-1 intellectual property and prevent unauthorized use, these previews contain an audible watermark (vocal tag: ‘organichousemusic.com’) throughout the duration of the track. Please note that this audio watermark is for preview purposes only. Upon successful completion of your purchase, the final high-quality files delivered to you, including the Mastered versions, Unmastered versions, and individual Stems, will be completely clean, free of any audio watermarks or vocal tags, and ready for professional use.

Can I request changes to a track before buying? Tracks are sold “as is” based on the preview.
Can I return a track? No. Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate transfer of exclusive intellectual property (including Stems and MIDI), all sales are final and non-refundable.
